RETURNS:

If your wig isn’t the right for you, you have 3 days from receiving your order to let us know. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at siennasilkwigs@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 436, Sherman Texas 75092

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Restock Fee

In order to keep my prices as low as I can to give you quality wigs at a rock bottom price, I have to charge restock fees for returns. These help to recover shipping, insurance, packaging, processing fees, and the reconditioning for its next home.

Restock fees: $125 per wig

Damages and issues 

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product:

- Email us within 3 days with clear photos.

- If confirmed, we will provide you with a return label.

- We’ll repair, replace or refund your wig at no additional cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sale wigs are final sale. If returned, shipping fees to resend will apply.

Orders cancelled before shipping incur a 5% cancellation fee (as our payment processor does not refund fees). If your order has already shipped, standard restock fees apply.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
